The Basic Boundary Loop:
The basic loop allows your dog free access to your entire property. Small areas such as gardens or swimming pools may be protected by creating "interior loops" with the boundary wire.

• Braided wire from house to boundary wire cancels signal.
• Boundary wire creates a loop arond the perimeter of the property.
• Driveway is crossed by cutting narrow groove with masonry blade, filling groove with asphalt or concrete caulk.
• Interior loops can be created around specific areas to be avoided.

Front Boundary Loops With Existing Fence:
This layout supplements an existing fence to protect the entire property. You may also create boundaries when only your back yard is to be fenced.

• Braided wire to boundary loop.
• Boundary wire is installed in an "out and back" loop on one or more sides of the property.
• Loop is at least 6-8' wide in all locations.

Front or Back Access Loop:
This "hourglass" layout allows your dog to be in the front yard or the back yard, but no access from front to back.

• Braided wire from house to boundary wire.
• Boundary wire creates a loop around the perimeter.
• Boundary wire bends towards house on each side to prevent access from front to back yard.
